2. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the mutual rights and obligations between the seller and a natural person entering into a purchase agreement through the online store.

All product presentations displayed on the website are for informational purposes only, and the seller is not obliged to conclude a purchase agreement regarding these products.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms of Service.

3. Purchase Agreement

The purchase agreement is concluded once the customer submits an order and the seller confirms it via email.

The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, especially in cases of obvious pricing errors or product unavailability.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed inclusive of all applicable fees.

Payments can be made using:

  • credit/debit card

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

Orders are usually shipped within 7 business days after the order has been received and paid for. During busier periods or pre-orders, shipping times may be extended, and customers will be informed accordingly.

5. Delivery

Products are shipped within countries of the European Union through selected shipping carriers.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and carrier capacity.

The customer is required to inspect the package upon delivery and notify both the shipping carrier and the seller in case of visible damage.

6. Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days of the withdrawal request.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. As a small independent brand, we are unfortunately not yet able to cover return shipping expenses. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and preferably returned in their original packaging.

Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after the returned goods have been received.

7. Complaints and Defective Goods

Customers have the right to file a complaint regarding defective goods.

Customers should include:

  • order number

  • description of the issue

  • photos of the defect if possible

The seller will process complaints without unnecessary delay, no later than 30 days after submission.

8. Personal Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union.

The seller processes personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders, customer communication, and complying with legal obligations.

Customers have the right to:

  • request access to their personal data

  • request correction or deletion of personal data

  • file a complaint with the relevant data protection authority

9. Alternative Dispute Resolution

Customers have the right to resolve consumer disputes out of court through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority:

10. Final Provisions

These Terms of Service become effective on the date they are published on the online store website.

The seller reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms of Service. The version valid at the time of the order submission always applies to a given order.
